simple, yet meaningful..

I've been helping out in Sunday School for about 5 months now and I sometimes play the piano for the singing session. Last week I was playing this song that they performed for Sunday School concert last year. The words were really meaningful and it touched me. After that song, I began to take note of the words of the songs that they sang. I was further touched by the words that these kids were so innocently singing. And then it struck me! All these Sunday School songs they sang had no fancy vocab or complicating "maksud tersurats". It was plain simple truth but how hard it hit me! Here are some of the songs that might come flowing back into your memory. Look at the lyrics, its really beautiful. Simple, but beautiful.

Hope you enjoyed the songs, journeying back a decade or so, laughing at the things you did when you were kids (some of you have not changed a bit like me =p) Neways, God asks us to have child-like faith, He knows that if we put our trust in Him solely, His work in moulding our lives and making it perfect will be so so so much easier. Its because we struggle and shake His hands off when He takes ours to prompt us that our lives are so hard to change. Put your full trust in Him and you will not have any regret. I too speak for myself.So next time you hear a Sunday School song, listen to the words accompanied by the cute off-pitched voices of the kids singing it =)!
